JOB OVERVIEW

I am hiring a high-level Photoshop designer to create monthly digital product kits for Etsy sellers.

This is ongoing monthly work for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL CREATE EACH MONTH

You will design a complete mockup + branding kit based on a theme we provide.
I will supply:

Design direction + theme
Visual references / inspiration
Product focus (t-shirts, tumblers, etc.)

You will create:

Photoshop Files (PRIMARY DELIVERABLE)
3 Etsy shop banners (fully editable PSDs with smart objects)
Thank you banner (PSDs with smart object for logo)
Thank you PDF
1 Hero slide (fully editable PSDs with smart objects)
4–5 lifestyle mockups (fully editable PSDs with smart objects)
Download instructions slide
Sizing chart Slide
“What’s included” slide
Review slide
Mockup video file (Photoshop-based video template)
The following can have the same layout to each other but can not be the same as the previous months:
5 Pinterest vertical pins
5 FB
5 Instagram.

Video Deliverables
1 Photoshop mockup video (layered + editable)
1 Canva-compatible video version (simplified for beginners)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY)
No Recycled Designs

Each month must be completely unique.

You CANNOT reuse the same layout and just change colors
You CANNOT reuse the same structure with minor edits

Every monthly kit must feel like a brand new product line

Design Quality Expectations

Your work must be:

Clean, modern, and high-converting (Etsy-style)
Designed with sales in mind, not just aesthetics
Organized and easy to edit for beginners
Editable + Customer-Friendly Files (VERY IMPORTANT)

These products will be SOLD to customers.

All files must include:

Smart object areas for easy design placement
Editable text areas
Clearly labeled layers
Dedicated logo placement areas (customers must be able to add their shop branding)

Think: “done-for-you system” for the end user

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are:

Highly experienced in Photoshop (smart objects, mockups, layer organization)
Able to create original layouts from scratch
Familiar with Etsy, POD, or digital product design (preferred)
Able to follow direction AND bring creative ideas
Detail-oriented and organized

Bonus if you have experience with:

Mockup video creation in Photoshop
Canva-friendly design adaptation
E-commerce or Etsy product visuals
FILE REQUIREMENTS
Fully layered PSD files
Clean layer naming + organization
Smart objects properly set up
No rasterized text unless necessary
Export-ready assets included
MONTHLY WORKFLOW

Each month:

You receive theme + direction
You submit a 1-page concept preview
Revisions (if needed)
Full kit creation
Final delivery
