JOB OVERVIEW

We are a long-standing Singapore home appliance brand looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & TikTok Shop Campaign Lead to drive brand growth, grow our TikTok Shop sales and following, and support online sales through strong planning, coordination, and execution.

This is primarily a planning and coordination role, not a content creation or video editing role. You will take ownership of our social media calendar, EDM planning, Telegram channel, TikTok Shop affiliate growth, campaign launches, KOL outreach, and cross-department coordination, while working closely with our in-house design team and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns and marketing initiatives are delivered well and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the brand’s social media calendar across relevant platforms
Plan EDM strategy, campaign flow, and monthly/weekly sends
Manage and grow our Telegram channel
Propose fresh marketing ideas and new initiatives to improve GMV and brand image
Plan and coordinate product launch campaigns and ad hoc marketing pushes
Search for, identify, and coordinate TikTok Shop affiliate creators
Build and grow the brand’s TikTok Shop affiliate creator network
Drive TikTok Shop growth in both sales and follower count
Lead KOL, creator, affiliate, and brand partnership outreach and planning
Plan and execute giveaway and community engagement campaigns
Work closely with our in-house designers to brief, review, and deliver campaign assets on time
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions
Track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects moving

E-commerce Responsibilities
Create and update product listings across relevant e-commerce platforms
Ensure stock information is accurate and updated
Set up and coordinate sale campaigns, bundles, and promotional mechanics
Support TikTok Shop operations, including affiliate coordination and campaign execution
Relay orders and POs clearly to the warehouse team for fulfilment coordination
Support TikTok livestream setup and planning where needed

What We’re Looking For
Strong written and spoken English
Strong planning and project coordination skills
Good sense of branding, marketing, and visual direction
Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and EDM management
Experience in TikTok Shop operations and affiliate creator coordination
Comfortable working across departments and following up with different stakeholders
Able to take ownership and push projects forward independently
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely with a Singapore team

Nice to Have
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar tools
Experience with KOL, influencer, or affiliate outreach
Experience with Telegram or community management
Experience with livestream planning
Basic content creation ability is a bonus, but not required
Who This Role Is For

This role is for someone who can act like a mini owner for the function — someone who can plan, push, coordinate, and execute while keeping brand standards and commercial goals in mind. You should be comfortable managing both marketing campaigns and TikTok Shop growth initiatives, especially through affiliate creator sourcing and coordination.
