Digital Marketing Agency – Project Manager
(Remote | Full-Time)
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Salary: $1,000 – $1,500/month (based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an operationally sharp, tech-forward Project Manager to join our team. This role supports a fast-paced digital marketing environment where you will handle project management, content scheduling, inbox management, and client coordination. No two weeks look exactly alike. This is not a generalist role. You will be deeply embedded in day-to-day operations and are expected to hit the ground running from day one.

What You'll Do

Manage client tasks, folders, and project documentation in Teamwork
Track follow-ups and deadlines across multiple client accounts
Set up and maintain client content calendars in Google Sheets
Schedule weekly blogs in WordPress (WP Engine) including image selection and upload
Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms using Metricool
Prepare and distribute client meeting agendas
Manage the executive inbox and general support inbox
Coordinate team scheduling and calendar management
Maintain organized client folders in Google Drive
Review and lightly edit AI-generated blog content for quality and consistency
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools daily to improve speed and accuracy
Support creative tasks such as Canva thumbnail creation

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Teamwork, Asana, or ----------
Experience with Metricool or a strong alternative (Buffer, Hootsuite)
Prior experience working inside a marketing or creative agency
Fluent, professional English with exceptional written accuracy
Strong Google Drive proficiency (Docs and Sheets)
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) as part of daily work
Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST without schedule conflict
Fast, accurate typist with strong attention to detail
