About the Role
We're a growing fashion brand looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant to manage and expand our presence on AWIN. You'll be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, increasing brand visibility across the network, and driving consistent revenue through partnerships.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and relationship management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing our AWIN account day-to-day
- Identifying and recruiting new affiliates (content creators, bloggers, publishers)
- Reaching out to potential partners via
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates
- Monitoring affiliate performance and optimising partnerships
- Sharing offers, updates, and campaigns with affiliates
- Keeping records of outreach, responses, and active partners
Weekly Targets
- Reach out to 50 to 100 potential affiliates per week
- Onboard new active affiliates consistently
- Maintain and grow relationships with top-performing partners
What We're Looking For
- Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer outreach
- Familiarity with AWIN or similar platforms preferred
- Strong written English (clear, natural communication)
- Highly organised and consistent
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Able to work independently and take initiative
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in fashion or e-commerce
- Understanding of affiliate KPIs (conversion rates, AOV, commission structures)
- Experience using Google Sheets or tracking tools
Pay
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
