Customer Service Representative (Medical | PAP + Brightree Required)

New West Medical
Remote – Philippines | Full-Time | PST Hours

New West Medical is hiring a high-level Customer Service Representative to support our growing U.S. medical operations team.

This is a fully remote role for an overseas Philippines-based professional, but the schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

You will work directly with medical professionals, clinical teams, office staff, and potentially patients, so professionalism, communication, and healthcare workflow knowledge are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong U.S. healthcare customer service experience, especially in PAP, sleep, respiratory, DME, or medical scheduling workflows.

Compensation
$3.50 USD per hour
Approx. $606/month USD
Approx. ?36,800/month PHP
Paid bi-weekly
Future performance bonuses available

PHP estimate based on current exchange rates and may fluctuate slightly month to month.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Please only apply if you meet the following:

Direct PAP experience REQUIRED
Brightree experience REQUIRED
Must be confident working inside Brightree daily
Must understand PAP supplies, orders, scheduling, and customer workflows
These skills are mandatory with no exceptions
Candidates will be quizzed during the secondary interview

Applicants without true hands-on PAP + Brightree experience will not move forward.

Order coordination
Medical documentation
Prior work with physicians, nurses, or front office teams
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls in a courteous, professional manner
Support patients, providers, and internal staff
Schedule services and coordinate follow-up requests
Manage order updates and workflow communication
Take detailed messages and relay information accurately
Use Brightree to review accounts, orders, and service requests
Resolve customer questions regarding services and scheduling
Communicate clearly with physicians, clinical teams, and office staff
Perform accurate data entry and documentation
Maintain strict HIPAA-level confidentiality
Support additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
(Fully aligned with U.S. Pacific business hours)

This is a fully remote work-from-home role in the Philippines.
