Social Media and Digital Marketing Operations
About Me: I am a seasoned real estate agent in Los Angeles, California.
Your Role: You will manage my complete digital presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Business, and paid advertising channels, plus blog content development. You will create short-form content from listing videos, develop cohesive marketing strategies that showcase properties and build my personal brand as an agent.
Responsibilities: Developing and executing a 30–60–90 day account growth strategy targeting defined client avatars — luxury sellers age 50+ and second-generation affluent Asian buyers age 20–35. Creating and managing content calendars, editing video content from listing materials and creating short-form clips for all platforms, scheduling posts across all channels, automating workflows, optimizing Google Business and LinkedIn profiles, managing paid ad campaigns, create and manage email blast campaign. leveraging AI tools for content enhancement, monitoring analytics, and providing strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance data.

What We Need: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling and automation tools, video editing software, AI productivity tools, and blogging platforms. Real estate market understanding is essential, or ability to quickly develop fluency by studying successful agent content.
The Right Fit: Self-directed, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term, stable position.
Success Metrics — 30, 60, 90 Day Plan: Follower growth. Listing video views increasing monthly. Private inquiries tracked and reported weekly.CKPIs (How You’ll Be Measured) Content Performance — average video views per post, Reel plays, and YouTube watch time increasing month over month.
Engagement Rate — likes, comments, shares, and saves as a percentage of followers. A healthy target for real estate is two to three percent.
Google Business — profile views, click-through rates, and direction requests growing monthly.
Lead Generation — number of direct messages, profile link clicks, and contact form submissions tracked weekly.
Content Consistency — hitting the posting schedule with zero missed weeks, maintaining the four-post weekly cadence.
Paid Ad Performance — cost per click and cost per lead decreasing as campaigns are optimized over time.
YouTube — subscriber growth and average watch duration improving monthly.
