Dale Carnegie Australia is looking for a confident, energetic, and proactive Appointment Setter to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong phone manner, genuine people skills, and the drive to turn interest into qualified appointments.

In this role, you will be a key part of our growth engine — following up warm leads generated through workshops, events, and marketing activity, building rapport quickly, and booking appointments for our Senior Sales Consultants. You will also help keep our CRM and databases accurate, organised, and up to date.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position suits someone who is resilient, highly motivated, and thrives on ---------- ntum. If you enjoy making calls, handling conversations with confidence, and staying persistent without losing professionalism, this could be an exceptional fit.

What you’ll be doing:
- Following up leads from workshops, campaigns, and marketing activity
- Calling prospective clients and contacts with confidence and professionalism
- Booking qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Consultants
- Building rapport and creating a strong first impression of Dale Carnegie Australia
- Maintaining accurate notes and updates in our database and CRM
- Supporting the sales process by keeping lead activity organised and moving forward
