JOB OVERVIEW

Ekat’s Club — Global Cake Art Education Platform

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations across social media and our private community.

This is a hands-on role with clear tasks, structure, and the opportunity to grow into a content-focused position for the right candidate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role focuses on daily execution and community management, including:

Core Responsibilities:
• Replying to comments across all social media platforms
• Responding to direct messages (using guidelines + tone of voice)
• Managing engagement consistently and professionally
• Supporting inside Ekat’s Club (Kajabi platform)
• Managing requests and approvals in the private Facebook group
• Responding to basic customer enquiries (templates + training provided)

SOCIAL MEDIA SCOPE (VERY IMPORTANT)

You will be working across multiple platforms, including:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Pinterest

And any other platforms we expand to in the future.

This is not a single-platform role. You must be comfortable navigating and working across different social media environments.

More importantly, you must understand the purpose behind each action, not just complete tasks.

This includes:
• understanding that replying to comments increases engagement and visibility
• recognising potential leads and guiding them appropriately
• maintaining a consistent brand tone (professional, warm, premium)
• supporting audience growth through timely and thoughtful interaction
• identifying common questions, patterns, and opportunities from the audience

This is not just about replying — it is about contributing to the growth and quality of the brand.

FUTURE GROWTH

This is not just a VA role.

For the right candidate, this can evolve into a Content Assistant / Content Producer role, including:
• editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.) using CapCut
• assisting with content planning
• working directly with the founder on creative execution

• Willingness to learn and improve

• Video editing (CapCut)
• Canva
• Lightroom (photo editing)
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools
• Previous experience managing multiple social platforms
