About Us

We help wedding photography studios scale from $10K/month to $40K/month using a proven system that combines:

Done-for-you lead generation
Appointment setting
1:1 sales coaching
Business systemisation

We don’t sell fluff.
We install revenue systems that produce predictable bookings.

Now we’re looking for someone who can own and elevate our outbound lead generation.

The Role

This is not a “copy-paste script” role.

We are hiring a Cold Outreach Manager who knows how to:

Generate qualified conversations at scale
Test, optimise, and evolve outreach strategies
Turn cold prospects into booked calls that actually show

You will be responsible for building and improving outbound systems across multiple channels — not just executing tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
Execute 100+ cold outreaches per day across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, email, etc.)
VOICE MESSAGES, LOOM VIDEOS

Identify and target qualified wedding photographers
Craft and refine messaging that converts (no rigid scripts)
Continuously test angles, hooks, and approaches
Book qualified appointments that show up
Collaborate with the team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Track performance and optimise based on real data
What We’re Looking For

You MUST have:

Proven experience in cold outbound lead generation
Demonstrable results (show us numbers, not opinions)
Strong understanding of conversion psychology
Ability to think, test, and adapt — not just follow instructions
Experience across multiple outreach channels (IG, FB, email, etc.)
Clear written communication in English
High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for results
This Role Is NOT For You If:
You need scripts for everything
You’ve never generated real results
You rely on “activity” instead of outcomes
You’re not comfortable being performance-driven
Compensation
420 PHP/hour
2,100 PHP per qualified show
42,000 PHP per closed deal
