JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced cold caller based in the Philippines.

This role is focused on calling businesses in Australia and booking qualified meetings for our team.

This is not customer service.
This is outbound B2B sales calling.

What You Will Be Doing

• Calling construction companies across Australia
• Introducing our service using our provided script
• Handling basic objections confidently
• Booking meetings into our calendar
• Updating CRM notes after each call
• Sending a daily summary of calls made, conversations and bookings

You Must Have

• Strong, clear English with a neutral accent
• Confidence speaking to senior business owners
• Proven B2B cold calling experience
• Ability to follow a script but sound natural
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet workspace
• Good quality headset and laptop

Working Hours

• Australian business hours
• Part time to start
• Opportunity to increase hours
• Long term position for the right person
