Recruitment Specialist | End-to-End Recruiter
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our growing team.
Applicant must be willing to report to the HQ in Makati, office. Chino Roces Avenue at least 3x a week
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, candidate endorsement, and onboarding support. We need someone confident in identifying quality talent, keeping hiring pipelines organized, and maintaining clear communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced remote environment and can take ownership of multiple roles at once.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across different functions
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal talent pools
Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess communication, experience, and role fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
Prepare candidate summaries, interview notes, and endorsement profiles
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and ATS updates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with job ad posting and sourcing strategy recommendations
Support onboarding coordination for successful hires
Help improve recruitment workflow, candidate quality, and turnaround time
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience recruiting for remote roles is highly preferred
Ability to assess candidates beyond resume matching
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities at the same time
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Preferred Experience
Background in recruiting for roles such as admin support, executive assistants, customer service, operations, marketing, finance, or specialist remote roles
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs,
Experience using ATS, ClickUp, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Experience in agency-style, outsourcing, or remote staffing recruitment is a strong advantage
