JOB OVERVIEW

We're scaling multiple health and supplement brands and we're looking for a senior-level AI UGC video editor to join our creative team.

This role is for editors who have actually done this before — you've built AI UGC ads using tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield, and Arcads, you've had ads scale with real spend behind them on Meta, and you understand what makes a health ad convert.

If you can show us winning ads you've created — with performance data to back them up — we want to talk immediately.

What You'll Be Doing:
Creating 3+ native-style AI UGC video ads daily for our health and supplement brands
Building scroll-stopping TikTok/Reels/Shorts ads using HeyGen, Higgsfield, Arcads, and similar AI UGC platforms
Testing multiple hooks, angles, and variations to find winners fast
Working closely with our team on creative strategy, iteration, and scaling what works
Studying top-performing brands like Resilia and Evervision and replicating that level of quality and native feel

What Makes You Perfect for This:
You have proven, winning AI UGC ads — ideally in the health/supplement space — with real ad spend and performance metrics you can share
You're experienced with HeyGen, Higgsfield, and Arcads — not just familiar, you've actually used them to produce ads that ran and performed
You understand native content deeply — your ads look and feel like real TikToks, not polished commercials
You understand direct response and conversion psychology — you know why people stop scrolling and why they click
You're fast, reliable, and consistent — delivering 3+ quality creatives daily is your normal pace
You've worked with health, supplement, or wellness brands before and understand the space
