JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a senior-level video editor who specializes in AI-generated UGC content for our health and ecommerce brands.
This is for experienced editors only – if you understand native content, conversion psychology, and can deliver 3 high-quality creatives daily, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Be Doing:

Creating 3 native-style video ads daily using AI UGC tools (Arcads, Veo 3, etc.)
Building TikTok/Reels/Shorts ads that actually convert – not just pretty edits
Testing multiple hooks, angles, and variations to maximize performance
Working with our content library and AI-generated assets to create scroll-stopping ads
