GoHighLevel CRM Builder & Automation Specialist (Systems Operator + Client-Facing)
We are hiring a high-level GoHighLevel builder who can architect, automate, and optimize CRM systems that directly impact revenue.
This is not a VA admin role.
This is a systems builder + client-facing position for someone who understands how leads flow, how conversions happen, and how automation drives growth—and can confidently communicate that to clients.
We run a fast-moving business with real lead volume, real customers, and real money on the line.
If systems break, we feel it immediately.

What You’ll Own
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our sales, marketing, onboarding, and follow-up—while also supporting clients directly.
- CRM Architecture & System Design
- Build and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts
- Design pipelines that reflect real sales processes
- Create dashboards leadership can rely on
- Automation & Workflow Execution
- Build advanced workflows, triggers, and automation logic
- Automate lead routing, follow-ups, onboarding, and re-engagement
-Ensure all automations are clean, reliable, and scalable
Funnels, Forms & Conversion Flow
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys
- Connect lead capture directly into pipelines and automation systems
- Improve conversion by reducing friction
- Data Integrity & Segmentation
- Implement clean tagging systems and naming conventions
- Maintain accurate, deduplicated contact data
- Audit and fix messy CRM structures
Integrations & Tech Stack
Integrate GoHighLevel with Shopify and other tools
- Trigger automations from real business events
- Diagnose and fix integration or automation issues quickly
- Client Support & Communication
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and workflows
- Assist with onboarding and system walkthroughs
- Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions clearly
- Act as a bridge between technical systems and client understanding
- Documentation & SOPs
- Document systems so the team and clients can use them
- Keep workflows organized as we scale
- Optimization & Scaling
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Improve systems based on performance
- Continuously upgrade the CRM as the business grows
What Success Looks Like
- Leads are routed instantly and correctly
- Follow-up happens automatically without manual work
- Clients understand and trust the systems you build
- Sales team has full visibility into pipeline and performance
- Systems run clean—and when they don’t, they’re fixed fast
Must-Have Skills (No Exceptions)
- Proven experience building inside GoHighLevel (not just using it)
- Strong understanding of:
- Pipelines and opportunity stages
- Workflow logic and automation timing
- Lead lifecycle and CRM structure
- Experience with
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with Shopify (Zapier, Make, or direct)
- Ability to troubleshoot broken workflows and integrations quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical clients
- Comfortable getting on Zoom calls and leading conversations
- Reliable internet and consistent availability
