JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing property management company seeking a highly responsive and organized Leasing Assistant to help fill vacant homes across our mobile home communities. This role is focused on driving occupancy by managing leads, posting listings, and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency. You will be responsible for posting available homes on Zillow and other platforms, responding to inquiries quickly, pre-screening potential tenants or buyers, scheduling showings with local tea ---------- mbers, and consistently following up with leads until they are either closed or disqualified. You will also track lead activity and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of messages without dropping leads. Organization and consistency are critical. Previous experience in sales, leasing, or Facebook Marketplace is preferred but not required.

This role requires a high level of urgency and accountability. If you are slow to respond, disorganized, or not comfortable with fast-paced communication, this position will not be a good fit.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in keeping our communities fully occupied and operating efficiently.
