JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing e-commerce brand selling premium headwear. We serve both direct-to-consumer customers and corporate/wholesale clients, and we're scaling fast.
We're looking for a Project Manager to keep our team organized and our projects on track. You'll be the person who makes sure initiatives don't stall, deadlines get hit, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This isn't a passive tracking role. You'll actively drive projects forward, chase people down for updates (including the founders), and organize how we plan and work. You should be comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
This role starts part-time (20 hrs/week) with the opportunity to move to full-time based on performance.
What You'll Do:

Track project progress and chase updates from tea ---------- mbers
Organize and run tea ---------- etings (scheduling, agendas, follow ups)
Build planning docs, roadmaps, and templates
Coordinate new product launches
Handle ad hoc tasks to keep projects moving

Requirements:

3+ years e-commerce experience (real product brands, not dropshipping or service companies)
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail (this is critical)
Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and uses them to work faster
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.)
Strong written English
Proactive communicator who chases updates without being asked
Problem solver who figures things out independently
Self starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Nice to Have:

Shopify experience
Experience working with US based companies
Familiar with Slack
Background in apparel, fashion, or physical products
