What you'll be doing
Answering customer
Processing refunds and returns cleanly and efficiently
Working with us to build better processes, not just following them
Training and managing new CS tea
Staying in close contact with me and the team via Slack and calls
This role will start at 20 hours per week. As we grow, and we are growing, hours will increase. The goal is full-time.
What we need from you
Real experience doing CS for fashion dropshipping stores, not e-commerce in general, specifically fashion dropshipping. This is non-negotiable.
You speak good English
You work independently. You don't need to be managed.
But you communicate well, you flag problems early, you ask when something's unclear
You know Gorgias, Shopify, and Slack
You want to grow. You're not looking for a side gig, you want to build something with a team long-term.
