We are currently preparing for pre-registration launch and building traction across TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

We’re looking for someone who understands content psychology, AI leverage, and startup energy.

Not just a poster. A builder.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish 2–3 short-form posts daily (TikTok, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, YT)
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate production (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Runway, etc.)
• Develop high-hook transformation content (profession ? fantasy identity)
• Optimize posts based on engagement data
• Experiment with content formats and iterate fast
• Help shape VENGUILD’s voice and creative direction

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Experience using AI tools for content production
• Deep understanding of hooks, retention, and viral mechanics
• Strong storytelling instincts
• Self-driven and comfortable in a startup environment
• Bonus: Interest in gaming, anime, fantasy, or identity-based storytelling

Compensation

• P30,000 – P40,000 per month (Project-Based)
• Remote, flexible hours
• Performance-based continuation

Top performers may transition into long-term leadership roles.

We are looking for partners — not just employees.

High-impact contributors may be considered for future equity or profit-sharing opportunities.

Paid Task Test (Required)

Shortlisted applicants will be given a paid content challenge.

Task details:
• Create 3 short-form content pieces based on our transformation concept
• Use AI tools creatively
• Deliver within 48 hours

Compensation for test: P500 – P1,000 (depending on quality and completeness)
