About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly responsive Digital Marketing Specialist to support our pediatric therapy and play-based services. This role focuses on engaging parents, promoting developmental services, and driving local awareness through
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute
• Promote pediatric therapy services (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy) as well as programs such as camps, classes, events, and birthday parties
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Engage with parents and caregivers to build trust, relationships, and brand loyalty
• Coordinate with the graphic design team to develop campaign visuals and marketing materials
• Support local marketing efforts, including events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results
• Maintain a consistent, family-friendly, and professional brand voice across all channels
Qualifications:
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (required)
• Experience marketing to parents, families, or healthcare consumers is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with
• Understanding of local marketing strategies (events, community engagement, promotions)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
