Reddit Operations Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re hiring a Reddit Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Reddit growth engine.

This is a leadership role. You will run the operation, manage the team, and be directly responsible for performance. If you’re not comfortable owning results, this role isn’t for you.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and manage a team of Reddit VAs and account farmers
* Oversee daily Reddit operations across multiple accounts
* Ensure accounts are properly built, maintained, and scaled
* Replace banned accounts immediately and maintain continuity
* Create and optimize posting strategies and content plans
* Analyze performance daily and continuously improve results
* Run A/B tests to increase engagement and conversions
* Research new subreddits, trends, and growth opportunities
* Prepare weekly reports and strategic recommendations for the CEO
* Create structured content request plans for weekly approval
* Monitor team productivity using tracking software (Insightful)
* Enforce accountability, efficiency, and output across the team

* Ability to manage people and maintain high standards
* Analytical, data-driven thinker
* Proactive, disciplined, and execution-focused
* Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership

Compensation

* Fixed base (paid biweekly)
* Performance-based bonus (biweekly)
* Your income scales directly with the results you deliver

Important

This role requires daily involvement, attention to detail, and constant optimization. Performance is reviewed weekly.
