Description:
We are a U.S.-based land investment company looking for a highly experienced Title & Escrow Coordinator to manage transactions from contract to closing.
This is not an entry-level VA role. You must already understand U.S. real estate title, escrow, and closing processes.
Responsibilities:
Draft and review real estate documents (deeds, corrective deeds, affidavits, etc.) from templates
Review title commitments and identify issues (liens, easements, exceptions)
Open and manage escrows with title companies and attorneys
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and third parties to ensure smooth closings
Proactively follow up and keep transactions moving to close on time
Assist in resolving title issues or sourcing the right professionals when needed
Maintain accurate tracking of all deals and timelines
Requirements (do not apply unless you meet these):
Direct experience with U.S. title, escrow, or real estate closings
Ability to read and understand title commitments without training
Experience working with title companies, attorneys, or mortgage/closing teams
Strong organizational and follow-up skills (you don’t let things fall through the cracks)
Excellent written and spoken English
Detail-oriented and highly reliable
Preferred:
Experience with land transactions or investor-driven deals
Background in title company, escrow, or mortgage processing
Compensation:
We pay above market for the right person. This is a long-term role with growth potential.
