At Acquisition Ascension, we’re hiring a Warm Lead Caller / Appointment Setter to handle inbound, interested leads. These are people who have already taken action — your role is to respond quickly, qualify them, and make sure they get to the call.
This isn’t about volume.
It’s about responsibility, follow-through, and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Call new leads immediately after they come in
Qualify and book leads who haven’t scheduled yet
Confirm booked calls and ensure they’re prepared
Call leads again ~1 hour before their appointment to lock in attendance
Keep CRM notes clean and updated
Stay available during US time zones + weekends
What You’ll Get:

Speak fluent English and sound confident on calls
Have experience in appointment setting, inbound calling, or sales

Are comfortable working US hours and weekends
Stay organized and follow through on every lead
Understand that missed follow-ups = missed revenue
