JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-end luxury skincare creams brand and we are looking for a true professional AI Video Editor at the absolute highest level for a full-time, in-house position (long-term collaboration as a dedicated tea ---------- mber working directly with us).

This position is NOT for beginners, intermediate editors.

We require a serious, highly experienced individual who can deliver ultra-premium, cinematic video content that perfectly matches the luxury positioning of our premium creams — specifically complete, fully AI-integrated videos that look 100% real and photorealistic, indistinguishable from traditional high-end film production.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience
- Expert level in Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Advanced, hands-on experience with the latest AI video generation systems (Kling AI, Runway Gen-4, Luma Ray/Dream Machine, Veo 3, Sora 2, Descript, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, CapCut AI etc.)
- Proven ability to create complete, end-to-end videos where AI is heavily and seamlessly integrated — yet the final result looks entirely authentic, cinematic, natural, and premium (no artificial AI-generated artifacts, with realistic motion, lighting, textures, skin details, and high-end beauty aesthetics)
- Exceptional expertise in creating luxury beauty & skincare visuals – elegant color grading, sophisticated motion graphics, premium product shots, luxurious atmosphere, and high-end storytelling
- Strong, verifiable portfolio that clearly demonstrates high-production-value work for beauty/luxury brands (or similar premium products), with specific examples of photorealistic AI-integrated videos

Critical Emphasis:
We are specifically searching for an individual expert with extensive hands-on experience in high-level AI video creation systems, capable of producing full, complete videos that are heavily integrated with AI tools while appearing completely real and authentic (hyper-photorealistic, luxurious, and indistinguishable from traditional high-end production).

Only candidates with a strong, verifiable portfolio showing professional-level, photorealistic AI + luxury/beauty editing work will be considered. If you cannot demonstrate complete AI-integrated videos that look 100% real, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:
- Creating scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and high-quality long-form content
- Using a powerful combination of advanced AI generation + professional editing/post-production to produce ultra-premium videos that convey luxury, elegance, and sophistication for our high-end skincare creams — with AI fully embedded yet looking entirely natural and cinematic
