JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a full-time B2B outbound sales rep to reach out to potential clients and book meetings for our team. This is a high-activity outbound role — you'll be on the phone and sending emails every day.
We provide everything you need: prospect lists with contact info, outreach tools, email platforms, a dialer, and the strategies to follow. Your job is to take each prospect, do additional research to understand their business, then reach out across multiple channels to start conversations and get meetings booked.
What you'll be doing:

Making a high volume of cold calls to B2B prospects daily
Sending personalized outreach emails and follow-ups
Researching prospects to tailor your messaging to their business and pain points
Managing your pipeline and following structured outreach cadences
Tracking all activity and reporting on results
Booking qualified meetings for our sales team

What we're looking for:

Experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting
Confident and professional on the phone — you can handle objections and keep conversations going
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to research a prospect and craft relevant, personalized messaging
Comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and email outreach tools
Self-disciplined and driven — you can maintain high daily activity without constant oversight
Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls

Compensation:

Competitive base salary
Aggressive bonus structure with uncapped earning potential based on meetings booked and deals closed — this is designed so top performers earn significantly more than base
