JOB OVERVIEW

**GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Setup & Data Migration**

We're a full-service email and SMS retention marketing agency with 50+ active clients across DTC and e-commerce. We've never had a centralized CRM — all our data lives across Calendly, Stripe, Square, and Slack. We need someone experienced with GoHighLevel to build it out from scratch.

**Scope of Work**

Set up GoHighLevel as our central CRM, import all historical data, and build out pipelines and segments we can run automations against.

**What we have ready:**

- 771 Calendly bookings (dating back to Jan 2022)
- 82 Stripe customers + 354 invoices (USD)
- 184 Square customers + 925 invoices (CAD)
- CSV exports from all platforms, ready to hand off

**What we need built:**

- Full CRM pipeline with proper deal stages
- All historical data imported and backdated accurately
- Calendly integration (live, ongoing)
- Stripe integration (live, ongoing)
- Contact segments for active clients (~50), churned clients (~163), and unconverted leads (~411)
- Automations-ready tagging and structure so we can layer in workflows post-setup

**Ideal candidate:**

- Proven experience setting up GoHighLevel from scratch
- Strong with data migration, deduplication, and CSV imports
- Familiar with Calendly and Stripe integrations inside GHL
- Detail-oriented — backdating and data accuracy matter
- Bonus: experience working with agencies or high-volume service businesses
