Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative professional who can both develop AND design a complete WordPress eCommerce website from scratch AND create high-converting visual content for ads (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
This role is for someone who understands:
Conversion-focused design
Beauty/female-targeted branding
Social media ad creatives
Dropshipping/eCommerce systems
Installing Plugins
You will be responsible for executing a fully functional website and supporting ongoing creative content for ads and maintenance of website.
Core Responsibilities
1. Website Development (WordPress + WooCommerce)
You will:
Build a fully responsive 8-page website using WordPress
Use WooCommerce for product setup and checkout
Ensure fast loading speed, mobile optimization, and SEO basics
Required Pages:
Home Page (high-converting landing style)
Shop Page
Product Page (optimized for conversions)
About Us
Contact Page
FAQ Page
Privacy Policy / Terms
Blog or Educational Page (optional but preferred)

2. Website Design (Premium Beauty Brand Look)
You will:
Design a clean, feminine, luxury aesthetic
Ensure branding aligns with beauty audiences (soft tones, modern layout)
Create:
Banners
Product mockups
Icons & visual assets
Optimize UI/UX for high conversion rates

3. Product Page Optimization (VERY IMPORTANT)
You must be able to:
Design high-converting product pages including:
Strong headlines
Benefit-driven bullet points
Before/after visuals
Trust badges
Customer-style sections
Structure pages similar to top-performing Shopify/beauty brands

4. Plugin & System Setup
You will install and configure:
AliExpress dropshipping integration (DSers, AliDropship, or similar)
Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal)

Email marketing integration

Facebook & Instagram integration (Meta Pixel setup)
Speed optimization plugins
Security plugins
And Additional Essential plugins

5. Social Media Creative (ADS + CONTENT)
You will:
Create high-quality images and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style)
Content Types:
Product demonstration videos
Before & after visuals
Lifestyle content (beauty-focused)
“Faceless” reels with text hooks
Example Ad Style:
Hook (0–2 sec): “Mascara isn’t enough…”
Demo: Side-by-side lashes
Result: Close-up slow blink
CTA: “Link in bio”
You must understand:
Viral-style content
Beauty niche targeting
Conversion-focused creatives
6. Graphic Design & Visual Content
You will:
Create:
Ad creatives
Website graphics
Social media posts
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

Requirements
MUST HAVE:
Strong experience with WordPress + WooCommerce
Proven experience building eCommerce stores
Skilled in graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.)
Experience creating social media ads (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Ability to design for a female beauty audience

BONUS (HIGHLY PREFERRED):
Experience in beauty or cosmetics brands
Experience with dropshipping stores
Understanding of Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads strategy
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
