As we expand, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and sales processes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with administrative, customer service, and sales support tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, communicates clearly, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication

- Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and social media
- Follow up with leads who have received quotes
- Book appointments and site inspections
- Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times

2. Sales Support

- Prepare and send formal quotations to customers
- Track leads and update CRM system
- Follow up on pending deals and inactive leads
- Assist in closing deals using scripts and templates

3. Administrative Tasks

- Data entry and CRM management
- Organize documents, contracts, and customer records
- Manage calendars and scheduling for the team
- Assist with invoicing and basic reporting

4. Marketing Assistance (Optional but Preferred)

- Manage Facebook/Google inquiries
- Post updates or promotions on social media
- Assist with basic content creation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Experience with CRM systems (pylon opened solar )
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

- Experience in solar, electrical, or construction industry
- Sales experience or lead conversion skills
- Familiarity with quoting tools or basic technical understanding
- Social media management experience

Working Hours

- Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST)
- full time
