JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to help us build, organize, and scale how our company runs.

Whetstone Creative Agency is a real estate media and marketing company based in Southern Oregon. We handle a high volume of photo and video projects, along with larger production work, and we’re growing quickly.

We need someone who can take ownership of our operations and turn them into a system that runs smoothly without constant oversight.

This role will start hands-on, but is designed to grow into full ownership of operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for building and improving how our business operates day to day.

That includes scheduling systems, workflows, team coordination, and overall project flow from order to delivery.

At the beginning, you will be directly involved in scheduling shoots, submitting orders, and managing projects. Over time, your goal is to improve and systemize these processes so they run efficiently at scale.

What You’ll Do

Build and document SOPs for core workflows
Create and improve scheduling systems and processes
Manage project flow from order ? delivery
Help organize and align the team around clear systems
Identify bottlenecks and fix them
Start hands-on with scheduling and order management, then optimize and scale

Ability to organize teams and create clarity
High ownership and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable being hands-on before delegating or optimizing
Strong communication and leadership skills
