About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to help grow and scale our Amazon store. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both Wholesale, OA and private label operations, who can take initiative and deliver measurable results. Please note this is for UK market place.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify reputable wholesalers and suppliers in the UK
Source high-demand, high monthly sales products on Amazon
Analyze product profitability, competition, and sales performance
Manage and optimize Amazon FBA wholesale operations
Launch and manage PPC campaigns for private label products
Monitor and improve listing performance and account health
Provide regular reports and insights to support business growth
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing and growing Amazon accounts
Strong track record of success in Amazon wholesale and/or private label
In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA processes
Experience running and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns
Ability to independently find winning products and reliable suppliers
Familiarity with tools such as BuyBot Pro (required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling Amazon stores to consistent monthly revenue
Knowledge of additional Amazon tools (Keepa, Helium 10, etc.)
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

We are also looking for someone who has strong knowledge of UK wholesalers and knows where products can be sourced cheaply to maintain profitability.
