About KINOVA
KINOVA is a fast growing women's wellness brand in the lactation and postpartum supplement space. We scale aggressively through paid Meta advertising and need a creative who moves just as fast.

What You Will Be Doing

Editing high converting Meta ad creatives with a 24 hour turnaround
Creating AI UGC content that looks and feels like real customer testimonials
Building VSLs that take viewers from problem to purchase
Cutting b-roll with AI generated footage to create scroll stopping content
Testing new hooks, formats, and styles based on performance data
Adapting quickly to what is working on Meta right now

You Must Have

Proven experience editing Meta ads for ecommerce brands with results to show
A portfolio of ads that have generated real sales
Experience with or ability to learn AI UGC tools like HeyGen or Arcads
Strong understanding of VSL structure — hook, problem, solution, proof, CTA
Ability to deliver a finished ad in under 24 hours
Knowledge of what resonates with female audiences

Bonus Points

Experience in health, wellness, or the mom niche
Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of Meta ad fatigue and creative refresh strategy
