We are looking for a highly capable Recruiting Assistant / Agent Recruiter to help us recruit real estate agents and support our recruiting brand online.
This is not just a phone caller position.
You will be helping with:
calling agents
following up by
recruiting database management
Facebook
Instagram page support
YouTube channel support
messaging and outreach to agents through approved channels
organizing recruiting activity and keeping records updated
Very important: your spoken and written English must be strong. We are not looking for someone with weak phone English. You must sound clear, confident, professional, and easy to understand on calls and in voice messages.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Call real estate agents and have professional recruiting conversations
Build rapport and speak naturally in English
Send follow-up
Keep recruiting database organized and updated
Track conversations, responses, and follow-up tasks
Help manage and post on
Help organize and upload content for YouTube
Respond professionally to online inquiries and comments when directed
Support agent recruiting campaigns and recruiting visibility online
Help keep recruiting materials, contact lists, and notes organized
What This Job Is NOT:
This is not a customer service role for random leads
This is not a high-volume telemarketing role
This is not just a social media posting job
This is not a texting role to cold-contact people without approval

CRM or database management
Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required if your English and communication skills are excellent
