Virtual Assistant – B2B Sales & CRM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our B2B sales pipeline in Pipedrive. You will own the top of the funnel — researching prospects, maintaining deal stages, and running follow-up communications — so that senior tea
Responsibilities
Add and maintain contacts, companies, and deal records in Pipedrive CRM
Research prospects using LinkedIn and other tools to qualify fit before outreach
Execute follow-up
Schedule discovery calls and demos on the senior team's calendar
Prepare a short briefing note for each booked meeting
Monitor the pipeline for stalled deals and flag overdue follow-ups
Produce a brief weekly pipeline report
Deal Stage Handoff
The VA is responsible for Stages 1–5. Senior team involvement begins at Stage 6.
1. New Lead — contact logged in Pipedrive
2. Researched & Qualified — decision-maker and fit confirmed
3. Outreach Initiated — first contact sent
4. Follow-Up Sequence — 2–3 touches, responses logged
5. Meeting Scheduled — call booked, brief prepared ? VA handoff point
6. Demo / Proposal onward — senior team takes over
Requirements
Minimum 5 year in a B2B sales support, SDR, or VA role
Direct hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM (required)
Strong written English for professional outbound communications
Proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar
Self-managed, reliable, and comfortable working to targets
Nice to Have
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
