What This Role Actually Is
This is not a coordinator or someone who just schedules posts.
You are responsible for:
Ideating, creating, and publishing content
Owning LinkedIn organic growth and inbound lead generation
Managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn + Meta)
Executing from strategy through to posting and optimisation
Must-Have Experience
Proven experience managing LinkedIn content end-to-end (strategy, writing, posting)
Strong experience with paid ads (LinkedIn + Meta)
Experience working with Australian businesses/market
Ability to link content and ads to pipeline and revenue
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Strategy & Ideation
Plan content calendars aligned to offers and campaigns
Generate high-performing ideas consistently
Align content with business goals and lead generation
Content Creation
Write LinkedIn posts (founder-led, authority, conversion-driven)
Create supporting assets (basic visuals, carousels if needed)
Adapt content for different formats and campaigns
Publishing & Scheduling
Schedule and manage posting cadence
Optimise timing and consistency
Manage comments and basic engagement
Paid Ads
Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn and Meta campaigns
Test hooks, creatives, and offers
Work organic insights into paid and vice versa
Performance & Optimisation
Track performance across organic and paid
Identify what’s working and double down
Continuously improve messaging and angles

Designers without marketing thinking
Pure strategists who can’t execute
No paid ads experience
Key Skills
LinkedIn content creation (personal brand + company)
Copywriting (hooks, storytelling, conversion)
Content planning and scheduling tools
Paid ads (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Basic design (Canva or similar is fine)
Analytical mindset
