About the Role
This is not a junior, volume-based SDR role.
You’ll be responsible for high-quality, strategic conversations with business owners — not mindless dialing.
Your focus:
Speaking directly with founders and decision-makers
Qualifying leads properly (no time-wasters)
Handling objections with confidence (price, trust, timing)
Booking high-intent, sales-ready appointments
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience booking appointments for digital marketing agencies
Experience working with the Australian market
Strong understanding of:
SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Lead generation funnels
ROI-driven marketing conversations
Track record of booking calls that actually convert
