What You'll Be Doing:
1. Editing 10–15 direct-response video ads per week from detailed creative briefs
2. Building new variations of proven winners to help us scale what's already working
3. Working directly alongside our creative strategists - daily feedback, daily collaboration
4. Researching competitor ads and market trends so you understand what's performing
5. Using industry-leading tools — ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, VEO, Midjourney, and more
6. Reviewing performance data so you can apply real insights to every edit
What We're Focused On:
1. AI-assisted and B-roll driven editing
2. Ads built to convert — not just look pretty
3. Compliance-safe creative for Meta (this is where most editors slip up)
4. High volume output: we'd rather see 10 ads at 80% than 1 at 100%
Who We're Looking For
1. Editors with ecommerce experience and a portfolio to back it up
2. People who move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their output
3. Someone passionate about the craft who puts genuine effort into every piece
4. Available on Slack Monday–Saturday and ready to commit properly
5. Hungry to learn - not just about editing, but about marketing and creative strategy
