About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of projects for Australian business clients on a project or casual basis.
You will manage end-to-end project delivery across technology, operations, and business improvement initiatives—working closely with international stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation to completion
Create and manage:
Project plans & timelines
Resource plans
RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Status reports
Run project meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Handle scope changes and project governance
Track budgets, costs, and financial performance
Coordinate cross-functional teams (devs, designers, analysts, etc.)
Ensure quality delivery through structured QA processes
Maintain clear communication with Australian stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years experience in Project Management (tech or professional services)
Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
Experience managing remote and international teams
Strong knowledge of:
Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Waterfall methodologies
Proficient with tools like:
Jira, Asana,
Strong stakeholder management skills (including executive level)
Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting
PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM (or equivalent experience)
Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with Australian / APAC clients
Familiar with Australian work culture & business practices
Experience in tech or digital transformation projects
Knowledge of change management (e.g., ADKAR)
Exposure to vendor or procurement management
Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) or Agile coaching experience
