We are looking for a highly capable developer to work directly with the founder on the build of ambitious early-stage digital platforms focused on AI, automation, and modern business operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, solving complex technical problems, and helping shape both product and architecture at an early stage. You should be comfortable working across backend systems, frontend product development, integrations, infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will help develop scalable systems, internal and client-facing dashboards, automation tools, and deployment setups. Part of the work will involve building flexible controls that allow end users to manage levels of automation, activate or deactivate workflows, and configure how systems behave across different use cases.

We are particularly looking for someone who can think beyond implementation alone — someone who can contribute to technical direction, move quickly, and make strong product-minded engineering decisions in a startup environment.

What you will be doing
• Build core product features across web platforms and internal systems
• Help design scalable architecture for AI-powered and automation-driven products
• Develop backend services, APIs, dashboards, and third-party integrations
• Build workflow and agent-style systems with clear user controls and approval layers
• Support cloud, VPS, and potentially private/on-premise deployment environments
• Help create efficient onboarding and setup processes for new clients
• Work closely with the founder on MVP scope, priorities, and execution

What we are looking for
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Ability to work fast and independently in an early-stage environment
• Experience building production-ready web applications and backend systems
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, authentication, infrastructure, and integrations
• Interest in AI tools, automation, LLM workflows, or agent-based systems
• Good product sense and the ability to contribute to system design
• Clear communication and a strong sense of ownership

Ideal background
Experience with some of the following would be valuable:
• TypeScript / JavaScript
• Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies
• React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Postgres, Supabase, Firebase, or similar tools
• Docker, VPS deployment, cloud infrastructure, or self-hosted environments
• Automation platforms and API integrations
• AI orchestration, LLM apps, or multi-step workflow systems
• Messaging, email, or communications integrations
• Admin systems, permissions, and user configuration tools
