ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is not just administrative.
You are the first impression of the company.
You will be responsible for:
speaking with new client inquiries
responding to messages and leads
following up consistently
helping clients schedule their first appointments
Your ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and efficiently will directly impact client experience and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls and messages from prospective clients
Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with leads (same day when possible)
Schedule appointments accurately
Ensure every person who reaches out receives a response
Communicate clearly and confidently on behalf of the company
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong written and verbal English communication
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Friendly, warm, and professional tone
Highly responsive and reliable
Able to follow structure and systems
Takes ownership of responsibilities
