JOB OVERVIEW

Outreach VA / Appointment Setter for U.S. HVAC Market

We are looking for a reliable, professional Outreach VA / Appointment Setter to help us book interviews with HVAC business owners in the United States.

This is not a closing role.
You will not be responsible for selling a product or handling advanced sales conversations.

Your job is to:

- contact HVAC business owners using our script
- follow up professionally
- book qualified interviews on the founder’s calendar
- keep notes and tracking updated

We will provide:

- the exact script
- the target market
- the messaging
- the qualification rules
- the booking process

Your role is to execute consistently, communicate clearly, and help us schedule qualified conversations.

Very Important

This role requires someone who is:

- comfortable cold calling
- coachable
- able to follow instructions exactly

You will be contacting business owners directly. If you are not comfortable making cold calls, this is not the right role.

You will also be given clear scripts, rules, and instructions. We need someone who can follow the process closely, take feedback well, and improve quickly.

Responsibilities

- Reach out to HVAC business owners using our script
- Make cold calls confidently and professionally
- Follow up with prospects professionally and consistently
- Book qualified interviews on the calendar
- Keep simple notes and tracking updated
- Flag strong prospects and common objections
- Follow instructions closely and stay organized

Requirements

- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, or VA work
- Must be comfortable cold calling U.S. business owners
- Comfortable communicating with U.S. business owners
- Organized, dependable, and coachable
- Must be able to follow a script and instructions closely without freelancing or going off-track
- Professional, polite, and persistent without being pushy
- Able to take feedback and apply it quickly

Bonus If You Have

- Experience contacting U.S. small business owners
- Experience with service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or home services
- Experience using Google Sheets, Calendly, CRMs, or outreach tools

Compensation

This role includes base hourly pay plus performance bonuses.

Base pay starts at $4 to $5 USD per hour, depending on experience and fit.

In addition to base pay, bonuses are available based on completed qualified interviews.

Strong performers who are reliable, coachable, and consistent will have the opportunity to earn more over time.
