Schedule: 10 hrs/day – Saturday & Sunday
We are looking for a reliable Weekend Operations Coordinator to support StressKnotNYC’s weekend operations. This role primarily involves receiving calls, scheduling, and dispatching our therapists. During slower periods, you’ll assist with tasks such as writing, researching grants, SEO, and lead generation to help scale the business.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
Dispatch massage therapists to client locations.
Support marketing, research, and administrative tasks during slow periods.
Assist in improving operational processes and client experience.
On slower days:
Assist the company with lead generation, outreach, and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable handling calls and multitasking under pressure.
Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist with varied tasks.
Experience in administrative support, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
