JOB OVERVIEW

Booked AI is an AI automation agency helping local service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, med spas, dentists) generate leads, convert them, and improve their online reputation using AI systems.

We are hiring a high-level operator who can build and manage systems using Go High Level + n8n, while also supporting lead generation and reputation management.

This is not a beginner role.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for building systems that directly increase revenue and client retention.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up GHL sub-accounts, pipelines, and workflows
Building SMS/email/call automations (lead follow-up, missed call text back, booking flows)
Integrating Twilio (calling, SMS, A2P compliance)
Using n8n to connect APIs, automate workflows, and handle backend logic
Building lead generation systems (forms, landing pages, outbound follow-ups)
Managing and optimizing reputation systems (review requests, follow-ups, Google review flows)
Connecting form ? GHL ? n8n ? calendar ? notifications
Monitoring performance (lead conversion, booking rates, response times)

What You MUST Know (Non-Negotiable):

Go High Level (advanced workflows, pipelines, triggers)
n8n (APIs, webhooks, multi-step automations)
Twilio (SMS + voice setup, A2P compliance)
Lead generation systems (funnels, follow-ups, outbound logic)
Reputation management systems (review automation, SMS/email requests)

Bonus (Preferred):

Experience with AI voice agents (Retell, VAPI, etc.)
Experience working with local service businesses
Funnel optimization and conversion tracking
Experience with scraping tools or lead sourcing
