We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist Virtual Assistant to support our team with recruiting, onboarding, employee management, and HR administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting & Hiring:
• Post job ads on platforms like Indeed and other job boards
• Review applicants and pre-screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and manage interview pipelines
• Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly
Onboarding & Offboarding:
• Send and track onboarding documents
• Ensure new hires are properly set up in systems
• Assist with offboarding processes and documentation
Employee Support & HR Admin:
• Maintain employee records and files
• Track attendance, call-offs, and performance notes
• Assist with disciplinary documentation and HR processes
• Help ensure policies are followed consistently
General HR Support:
• Assist with HR reporting and tracking (Google Sheets)
• Help improve HR processes and organization
• Support management with day-to-day HR needs
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in HR, Recruiting, or Administrative Support
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and online systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Reliable internet
• Ability to work from either 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. EST or 11:00 AM to 7:00 P.M. EST
