**Customer Support Representative – Credit Restoration Business (Part-Time | Remote)**

**About the Role**

We are a growing credit restoration company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be keeping our clients informed and up to date on the progress of their credit restoration journey. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver clear and encouraging updates. **Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken — are an absolute requirement for this role.**

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Reviewing client credit reports across multiple platforms including MyScoreIQ, Credit Karma, and Experian to track progress
- Identifying which negative items have been removed from client credit files and documenting updates
- Contacting clients via text and phone call to deliver personalized progress updates, let them know which negative items have been removed, and inform them that the next round of disputes is being sent out on their behalf
- Using **DisputeFox CRM** and **GoHighLevel CRM** to manage client communications, log updates, and send texts and calls
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all client interactions within both CRM platforms
- Providing a positive and professional client experience at every touchpoint

**Hours & Schedule**

- 4-8 hour shifts, 5 days per week
- As the business grows, hours will expand and there is strong potential for a full-time position for the right candidate

**What We're Looking For**

- **Excellent English skills — written and spoken — are a must. You must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients over text and phone**
- Prior experience in customer service, credit repair, or financial services is preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus (DisputeFox and/or GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
- Ability to review and interpret basic credit report information
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet work environment

**Nice to Have**

- Familiarity with the credit restoration or credit repair industry
- Experience navigating MyScoreIQ, Credit Karma, or Experian portals
- Background in virtual customer support or remote call/text-based roles
