JOB OVERVIEW

We are an award-winning private chef and catering business based in California, specializing in high-end in-home meal prep, private dinners, and large-scale catering. We are looking for a highly motivated, full-time Virtual Assistant to help manage our growing operations and drive new client acquisition.

Your primary role will involve lead generation, managing client inquiries, and assisting with daily administrative tasks. This role offers a reliable base salary paired with a strong recurring commission structure for those who can deliver results.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (lead generation and cold outreach).

• Manage incoming inquiries, send pricing details, and schedule consultations.

• Assist with general administrative tasks and social media management.

Maintain a professional and direct tone in all communications.

Requirements:

• Available to work full-time hours aligned with the California time zone (PST/PDT).

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or client outreach.

• Excellent written English skills.

• Highly organized and capable of working independently.
