We are a long-standing Singapore home appliance brand looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead to drive brand growth and support online sales through strong planning, coordination, and execution.
This is primarily a planning and coordination role, not a content creation or video editing role. You will take ownership of our social media calendar, EDM planning,
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the brand’s social media calendar across relevant platforms
Plan EDM strategy, campaign flow, and monthly/weekly sends
Manage and grow our
Propose fresh marketing ideas and new initiatives to improve GMV and brand image
Plan and coordinate product launch campaigns and ad hoc marketing pushes
Drive KOL, creator, and brand partnership outreach and planning
Plan and execute giveaway and community engagement campaigns
Work closely with our in-house designers to brief, review, and deliver campaign assets on time
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions
Track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects moving
Plan sales mechanics and promotional setups across channels
Create and launch new product listings where needed
Relay orders and POs clearly to the warehouse team for fulfilment coordination
Support TikTok livestream setup and planning
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and spoken English
Strong planning and project coordination skills
Good sense of branding, marketing, and visual direction
Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and EDM management
Comfortable working across departments and following up with different stakeholders
Able to take ownership and push projects forward independently
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely with a Singapore team
Nice to Have
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar tools
Experience with KOL or influencer outreach
