Position Overview
In2HR&Talent is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Part-Time) to support our growing client base. This role will provide hands-on HR support across multiple organizations, delivering high-quality HR services while partnering closely with internal tea
Key Responsibilities
Client HR Support & Operations
Serve as an HR point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related inquiries
Support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Collaborate with the In2HR&Talent team to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions
HRIS & Systems Management
Maintain and manage HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, Fingercheck, Connecteam, and other client-specific systems
Ensure accuracy of employee data, onboarding records, timekeeping, and documentation
Assist with HRIS audits, system clean-up, and process improvements
Recruiting & Offer Letter Support
Draft, review, and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and related documentation
Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding timelines
Ensure offers align with company policies and applicable labor laws
Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, documentation, and coordination with payroll and benefits
Support a smooth and compliant employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle
Employee Relations & Compliance
Assist with employee relations matters, performance management support, and policy interpretation
Support handbook updates, policy development, and compliance initiatives
Special HR Projects
Support and execute special HR projects, including:
Employee handbook creation and updates
Training coordination (sexual harassment prevention, HIPAA, safety training, etc.)
HR audits and process documentation
Performance review and compensation support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of HR Generalist experience; consulting or multi-client experience preferred
Strong experience with HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Fingercheck, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
