JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing ecommerce business managing multiple brands across Amazon Europe. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Germany Account Analyst with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in the German Amazon marketplace.

This role is focused on daily performance analysis, keyword ranking, SEO optimisation and competitor tracking, with the goal of improving organic visibility and driving sales growth in Germany.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Sales & Performance Analysis
• Monitor and analyse daily sales performance on Amazon Germany
• Identify trends, issues and opportunities across key metrics
• Report on sales, sessions, conversion rate and returns


Keyword Ranking & SEO Optimisation
• Track keyword rankings using tools (e.g. Helium 10)
• Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking and indexing
• Optimise titles, bullet points and backend search terms for the German market
• Ensure listings are fully optimised for German language and search behaviour


Listing & Conversion Optimisation
• Review and improve product listings to increase conversion
• Ensure images, A+ content and copy are aligned with German customer expectations
• Suggest improvements based on performance data and customer feedback



Competitor & Market Analysis
• Monitor key competitors within the German marketplace
• Analyse pricing, keywords, reviews and positioning
• Identify trends and recommend actions to maintain competitiveness


Continuous Growth & Optimisation
• Identify underperforming products and implement improvements
• Continuously test and refine SEO and conversion strategies
• Provide actionable insights to drive sales growth

Requirements (Essential)
• Minimum 5+ years experience managing Amazon Germany (DE marketplace)
• Proven track record of improving rankings, SEO and sales performance
• Strong understanding of German Amazon SEO and customer behaviour
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (German is highly preferred)

Highly Desirable
• Experience managing other German ecommerce channels (e.g. Otto, Kaufland, Zalando, Shopify DE)
• Experience with A+ content and listing image optimisation
• Ability to analyse and improve conversion rates
• Experience working with international ecommerce brands
