Key Responsibilities
1. CRM + Lead Management (GHL)
• Organize and manage contacts inside GoHighLevel
• Tag and segment leads (webinar, membership, clients, etc.)
• Track where each lead is in the pipeline
• Ensure no leads go cold or untracked
• Set up and maintain automation workflows

2. Funnel + Automation Setup
• Build and update funnels, forms, and landing pages in GHL
• Connect lead magnets, webinars, and offers
• Set up automated
• Manage membership access + tagging systems
• Troubleshoot automation issues
?
3. Client Onboarding + Offboarding
• Send contracts, invoices, and onboarding materials
• Ensure all onboarding steps are completed
• Create and organize client folders
• Track onboarding progress
• Handle offboarding processes cleanly

4. Operations + Task Management
• Maintain and update Trello / ClickUp boards
• Track tasks for Kaila + team
• Document and update SOPs
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Keep everything organized and up to date

5. Reporting + Tracking
• Track KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue, engagement)
• Maintain simple dashboards or reports
• Weekly updates on business performance
• Track client deliverables and completion

6. Rental + Financial Tracking (Airbnb / Suites / PeerSpace)
• Track bookings, revenue, and expenses
• Monitor cleaning schedules and turnovers
• Maintain P&L tracking sheets
• Ensure listings and calendars are up to date

7. Ads + Backend Marketing Support
• Launch and monitor ads (based on strategy provided)
• Track ad performance and report results
• Ensure integrations are working (pixels, forms, tracking)
