Role Overview
We are looking for a highly efficient, creative, and system-driven Video Editor + Social Media Manager to support content execution and platform management across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both content creation AND strategy, and can help turn raw footage into high-performing content while ensuring consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing (Primary Focus)
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Add captions, hooks, sound effects, and pacing for retention
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
• Maintain brand-specific editing styles across clients
• Organize and store content efficiently
2. Content Scheduling + Posting
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram,
• Write or plug in captions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Ensure consistency in posting schedules
• Upload and manage content inside platforms + GoHighLevel (GHL)
3. Social Media Management
• Monitor engagement (comments, basic replies, flag leads)
• Keep profiles optimized (bios, highlights, links)
• Track performance (views, engagement, conversions)
• Report weekly metrics and insights
4. Backend + Systems Support
• Assist with CRM organization (GHL)
• Tag and track leads from social media
• Help manage funnels and content pipelines
• Follow and improve SOPs for scalability

What Success Looks Like
• Content is posted consistently without delays
• Videos are engaging, fast-paced, and optimized for retention
• Social media pages look active, professional, and aligned
• Leads are being tracked and not missed
• Systems are organized and improving over time

Required Skills
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Understanding of short-form content trends
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok,
• Ability to follow brand voice and direction
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Fast turnaround times
