JOB OVERVIEW

---------- We’re looking for a highly motivated, proactive Growth & Partnerships Coordinator to help drive daily visibility, lead generation, and brand partnerships across two growing brands:

NurseMegRN – NCLEX prep, tutoring, and nursing student resources
MegForIt – lifestyle, travel, and local Orlando collaborations

This is a results-driven role focused on generating leads, partnerships, and revenue—not just completing tasks.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Social Media Support
Post 2 Instagram stories daily per brand
NurseMegRN: nursing school, NCLEX, healthcare lifestyle, affiliate content
MegForIt: lifestyle, travel, mom life, affiliate content
Monitor DMs and identify potential leads or opportunities
2. Brand Outreach & Email Pitching (Daily – Required)
Send 5+ new brand pitches daily
Send 5–10 follow-up emails daily
Target:
Local Orlando businesses
Travel & hospitality brands
Nursing & healthcare brands
Maintain and update pitch tracker + campaign spreadsheet
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers for outreach tracking
3. Weekly Outreach Strategy
Every Monday:
Build a target list of 15–25 brands
Organize outreach priorities:
New leads
Follow-ups
Priority deals
4. Campaign Applications & Platform Growth
Check influencer platforms daily (PopPays, Aspire, IZEA, Impact, etc.)
Apply to 5+ relevant campaigns daily
Research and onboard new platforms weekly
Connect and manage brand accounts across platforms
5. Reddit Lead Generation (High Priority)
Daily engagement in threads related to:
NCLEX prep (RN + PN)
Nursing school struggles
Test anxiety
“Am I ready?” posts
Provide helpful, real advice (not spammy)
Naturally recommend:
NCLEX program
Tutoring
Free study groups & resources
Daily Performance Expectations
5+ new pitches sent
5–10 follow-ups sent
5+ campaign applications
5–10 Reddit engagements
Daily IG stories posted (both brands)
End-of-Day Reporting (Required)

You will submit a daily report including:

Outreach activity
Campaign applications
Reddit engagement
Social posting confirmation
Leads generated
Any issues or needs
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Someone proactive and self-motivated (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Strong communicator (email + online engagement)
Comfortable with sales, outreach, and pitching
Familiar with social media, influencer marketing, or online business
Bonus if you have:
Nursing school or NCLEX familiarity
Experience with influencer platforms or brand deals
Important
This is a results-driven role, not just task-based
You will be expected to meet daily activity targets consistently

Compensation
